These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kitchery mobile application ("App") operated by Talgat Kanafin ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using Kitchery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You may create an account to access features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Kitchery offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
New users receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, access is limited to basic recipe browsing unless a subscription is purchased.
Kitchery uses AI to generate recipes and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any AI-generated recipe. Always use your own judgment regarding food safety and dietary needs.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your content to provide the service.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the App, use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or violate any applicable laws.
All content, trademarks, logos, and visual design of Kitchery are the exclusive property of Talgat Kanafin. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
